Pune | 0–3 Years Experience | Full-time Testrig Technologies is looking for a creative and passionate Marketing Executive who loves learning, experimenting, and driving growth. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email, and other online channels. 2. Create engaging social media creatives, videos, presentations, and marketing content using modern design and AI tools. 3. Generate qualified leads through SEO, content marketing, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other digital channels. 4. Improve website visibility through SEO, keyword research, and content optimization. 5. Track campaign performance, analyze results, and continuously experiment with new growth strategies. 6. Leverage AI tools to improve marketing productivity, create better content, generate ideas, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize campaign performance. What We're Looking For: 1. 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a strong passion to build a career in marketing. 2. Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media, image/video editing, and lead generation. 3. Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar platforms, with the ability to apply AI to make marketing activities faster, smarter, and more effective. 3. Creative mindset, strong communication skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and take ownership.

1. 3-5 years of total QA experience, with minimum 2+ years in automation testing 2. Strong experience working in Agile / Scrum environments on commercial software projects 3. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted test automation tools such as Claude, OpenAI Codex, or GitHub Copilot to build: -> AI-generated test cases -> Self-healing automation scripts -> Automated test maintenance and optimization 4. Ability to analyze AI-generated insights and identify defect patterns using test analytics 5. Expertise in building and enhancing automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright / Playwright MCP /Cypress /Selenium 6. Strong programming skills in Java / Python/C#, JavaScript / TypeScript to support automation and AI-enabled testing workflows 7. Experience with AI-assisted visual regression testing tools 8. Basic knowledge in Azure/AWS/GCP 9. Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger 10. Experience using bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps 11. Good working knowledge of BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, SpecFlow, etc.)

Required Qualifications

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for monitoring survey fieldwork and managing survey quality using tools such as Decipher, Excel, and PowerBi. This role includes supplier escalation and internal escalation via Microsoft Teams, email, and Jira. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of MS Excel.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyse Power BI reports, other internal tools used to manage advertising data
• Analyse survey data, Track survey progress and performance metrics, identifying any issues or deviations and make sure they are met by SLA (Service Level Agreement).
• Follow the quality control procedures to maintain high standards of data integrity
• Escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers to address and resolve fieldwork-related challenges
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) is a must.
• Preferred Qualifications :

HR Executive (IT Recruitment & HR Operations) Pune | 1–3 Years Experience | Full-time Testrig Technologies is looking for a proactive HR Executive who can manage end-to-end IT recruitment while supporting day-to-day HR operations in a fast-growing technology company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer negotiation. 2. Coordinate offer generation, onboarding, and joining formalities for new employees. 3. Handle employee engagement, HR documentation, attendance, leave management, and other HR operations. 4. Support performance management, employee queries, and HR policy implementation. 5. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals. 6. Work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring and an excellent candidate experience. What We're Looking For: 1. 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment and HR operations. 2.
