• 3-5 years of total QA experience, with minimum 2+ years in automation testing 

• Strong experience working in Agile / Scrum environments on commercial software projects 

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted test automation tools such as Claude, OpenAI Codex, or GitHub Copilot to build: 

• • AI-generated test cases 

• • Self-healing automation scripts 

• • Automated test maintenance and optimization 
• Ability to analyze AI-generated insights and identify defect patterns using test analytics 
• Expertise in building and enhancing automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright / Playwright MCP /Cypress /Selenium 
• Strong programming skills in Java / Python/C#, JavaScript / TypeScript to support automation and AI-enabled testing workflows 

• Experience with AI-assisted visual regression testing tools 

• Basic knowledge in Azure/AWS/GCP 

• Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger 

• Experience using bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps 

• Good working knowledge of BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, SpecFlow, etc.)
