Marketing Executive (Digital Marketing & Growth)

Testrig Technologies is looking for a creative and passionate Marketing Executive who loves learning, experimenting, and driving growth. If you’re excited about AI, technology, and digital marketing, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email, and other online channels.

2. Create engaging social media creatives, videos, presentations, and marketing content using modern design and AI tools.

3. Generate qualified leads through SEO, content marketing, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other digital channels.

4. Improve website visibility through SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.

5. Track campaign performance, analyze results, and continuously experiment with new growth strategies.

6. Leverage AI tools to improve marketing productivity, create better content, generate ideas, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize campaign performance.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a strong passion to build a career in marketing.

2. Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media, image/video editing, and lead generation.

3. Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar platforms, with the ability to apply AI to make marketing activities faster, smarter, and more effective.

3. Creative mindset, strong communication skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and take ownership.
